Landy Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 27, 2026

1. Introduction

Entremont LLC (“Entremont,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Landy mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App.

Optional product analytics is off unless you choose Share Analytics. Declining analytics does not limit any Landy feature.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

Landy does not collect full card or bank credentials.

If you enter tenant, lease, payment, or document information about another person, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to provide that information to Landy.

When you upload a document, Landy may read document text and extract details such as tenants, leases, expenses, income, vendors, dates, and amounts. When available, Landy reads embedded PDF text. Large or hard-to-read files may be scanned up to 5 pages, and very large files may be saved without automatic OCR to keep processing reliable.

We may automatically collect technical diagnostics needed to keep Landy reliable:

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

4. Optional Usage Analytics

If you choose Share Analytics, Landy uses PostHog to collect privacy-safe product interactions linked to your account ID. This can include semantic screens visited, buttons used, warnings shown, active time, app version, plan tier, and usage-limit status.

Product analytics does not include names, email addresses, property or tenant details, document contents, filenames, form entries, search text, notes, addresses, record IDs, or financial values. Touch autocapture, session replay, remote feature flags, and PostHog error tracking are disabled.

You can change this choice at any time in Settings under Privacy. Turning analytics off stops future collection and clears pending analytics from the device. It does not automatically erase analytics already received; use Delete Account or contact landy.support@gmail.com to request erasure.

5. Data Storage and Security

Landy uses Supabase for account authentication, database hosting, private file storage, and server functions. We use encrypted transport, provider access controls, and account-scoped database and storage policies to protect the data Landy stores.

While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in these circumstances:

For the services described above, Landy uses the following providers for these limited purposes:

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

To exercise these rights, contact us at landy.support@gmail.com or use the account management features within the App.

See Privacy Choices for step-by-step instructions.

8. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

9. International Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the rights listed in Section 7 above, plus:

We process optional product analytics only with your consent. Other account data is processed to provide Landy and as otherwise described in this policy.

10. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account deletion, Landy removes the account and its active application data and starts deletion with connected processors. Processor deletion may take up to 30 days. Limited records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or payment purposes. Optional PostHog analytics uses the configured product-retention period, no longer than one year, unless you request erasure sooner. Sentry diagnostics follow the configured Sentry retention period and can also be included in a verified erasure request.

11. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will promptly delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new policy in the App and updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

13. Contact Us
